Software

Software Systems - both customized and generalized, have some specific rules and regulations for the purpose of usage as every Software Systems holds. The Software sole owner is the "AXCEL TECH LTD." and © Copyright is belongs to the Software Developer. "Copyright is the intellectual property rights which preserves the ownership for the abstract and concrete assets". Therefore, Software System usage terms and conditions are very straight forward and easily understandable. There is no very complex terms and conditions. The Software Systems Terms & Conditions are as follows -


Terms & Conditions

  1. Copyright: The © Copyright of the Software belongs to the Software Developer "AXCEL TECH LTD.". Therefore, the sole owner of the Software System is AXCEL TECH LTD..
  2. License: The client(s) can get license of the Software for usage purpose only. The Software is not sale permanently i.e. Software ownership is not sold/handover. One can get license of the Software for his/her business purpose not for any kinds of marketing or redistribution. The license payments clauses are -
    1. Usage purchase/license is done by paying the usage License Fees.
    2. The 50% License Fees will be paid at the time of successful Purchase Order for Customized Software. The remaining 50% and Setup Charges will be paid at the time of the successful installation of the Software.
  3. Legal Actions: The client(s) of the Software can not sale/redistribute the Software at any means. If client(s) does so, it will be treated as leagl © Copyright Act violation. The Software owner will take the Legal Actions against that Client(s) for his/her illegal actions. The client(s) can not also marketing without prior knowledge and consent of the proprietory owner "AXCEL TECH LTD.".
  4. Hardware: The Software System required Hardwares cost will be bear by the client(s) himself/herself. Again, client(s) will purchase Hardwares for his/her usage.
  5. Warranty & Guarantee: The Software System support is provided for the specific problems but no warranty or guarantee is provided.
  6. Technical Support: For any kind of technical problem of the Software System support is provided onsite and offsite. For onsite the support is provided to on the site of the client(s) i.e. on the client(s) office. Therefore, the transportation cost and service charge will be charged from the client(s). Offsite support is provided from our office i.e. online. For online support call at our Help Center Helpdesk and they will note down your problem. Then respective TECH AND SUPPORT Department will be referred to identify and resolve the problem. Our Experts will address your problem within short period of time.
    1. For onsite, the client(s) will pay the transportation cost and service charge. The payments can be done instantly or monthly basis as per the signing of the contract agreement.
    2. For offsite, the client(s) need to pay the service charge only. The payments can be done instantly or monthly basis as per the signing of the contract agreement.
  7. Update & Versions: For any custom modification and upgradation of the Software client(s) will pay the modification or upgradation costs. Version(s) of the Software will be found day by day. For New Version(s) of the Software the client(s) will pay the additional charges only if License is purchased previously.
  8. Maintenance Support: Maintenance Support will be provided to those Client(s) who require and request for the support. Maintenance support like - Software Data Backup on the Data HDD/Optical CD(s) or DVD(s), Database Administration, Re-Configuration of the Software etc. These type of supports sometimes require additional H/W Devices and the Client(s) will bear the cost of these additional H/W devices. Maintenance supports charges will be paid monthly basis and charge will be defined by the service provider.

Hardware

Hardware products and services have specific rules and policies for the purpose of sales and distribution. The policies keeps the benefits of both parties - client(s) and company. These policies terms & conditions are very simple and easily understandable. The Hardware Products Sales & Distribution Terms & Conditions are -


Terms & Conditions

  1. General: Hardware products once sold will not be returned rather replaced in case of major problems found in the sold devices and accessories.
  2. Purchase: The client(s) can purchase required Hardwares of his/her interests by paying the products sales price. The sales prices and discounts (if offered) are defined. The purchase payments clauses are -
    1. Hardware purchase is done by paying the full Invoice Amount.
    2. The 75% of Invoice Amount will be paid at the time of successful Purchase Order for Customized Hardwares. The remaining 75% will be paid at the time of having delivery of the products.
  3. Setup & Configure: Primary Setup and Configuration for the required Hardware Devices & Systems will be provided at the time of delivery. The necessary kits and manuals with the Hardware Products will also be provided.
  4. Installation: Some Hardware products and systems require additional installation on the client(s) site. These type of installation will be provided to those client(s) who requests for this type of services. Again, the services require additional charges.
    1. The installation charges includes - service charge & transportation cost.
    2. The charges will be paid before installation of the Hardware Systems on the client(s) site.
  5. Warranty & Guarantee: Some Hardware Products have limited 1 year guarantee & 1 to 3 years service warranty. This will not be applied to every Hardware Products and Systems. The limited guarantee & services warranty will be void if -
    1. Hardware Devices/Accessories is Burnt.
    2. Hardware Devices/Accessories is Broken.
    3. Hardware Devices/Accessories is Damaged Otherwise.
    4. Hardware Devices/Accessories Guarantee is Expired.
    5. Hardware Devices/Accessories Service Warranty is Expired.
    6. Hardware Devices/Accessories Guarantee & Warranty Card is Lost.
  6. Support Service: For any kind of technical problem of the Hardwares support is provided onsite and offsite. For onsite the support is provided to on the site of the client(s) i.e. on the client(s) office. Again, offsite support is provided in our office. For offsite support send the Hardware at our office & contact at our Help Center Helpdesk and they will note down your problem. Then respective TECH AND SUPPORT Department will be referred to identify and resolve the problem of your Hardware. Our Experts will address your problem within short period of time.
    1. For onsite, the client(s) will pay the transportation cost and service charge. The payments will be made after the work has been done.
    2. For offsite, the client(s) need to pay the service charge only. The payments wiil be made at the time of delivery of the repaired Hardware.
  7. Delivery: The client(s) can get the delivery of the Hardware Products after the purchase from us. We will also deliver the products through Courier Services. For courier services the client(s) should bear the cost of courier and Frieght for International Locations.

  1. Copyright: The © Copyright of the Web Based Systems and Services belongs to the Developer "AXCEL TECH LTD.". Therefore, the sole owner of the Web Based System and Services is AXCEL TECH LTD..
  2. Purchase: The client(s) can purchase the Websites & Services of his/her buisness interests by paying the Development and Service Fees. The Development and Service Fees depends on the complexity and features of the development works and services. The purchase payments clauses are -
    1. Websites & Services purchase is done by paying the Development & Service Fees.
    2. The 50% of Development & Service Fees will be paid at the time of successful Purchase Order for Customized Web Development. The remaining 50% will be paid at the time of making available the Services & Websites on the Web.
  3. Domain & Hosting: Domain and Hosting is one of the essential services which is required for Web Development & Services. The prices of the services are pre-defined and client(s) can easily get the services by paying the Service Fees. The Service Fees will be incurred on Yearly basis. Failure of paying the Service Fees will lead to exemption from getting the services
  4. Payment Solution: Payment Solution is mainly require for E-commerce/Online Shop based Web Development. This service will be enabled for the client(s) who are interested to integrate it to their Websites. The Payment Solution Billing & Payments clauses are -
    1. Setup charges will be paid for the First Time.
    2. There is a charge for every transaction that occurs using the Solution. Single Transaction prices are defined. Client(s) need to Pay as much Transaction as it occurs.
    3. Bill will be issued on Monthly basis. Pay the Bill Amount Monthly. Otherwise Service will be stopped.
  5. SMS Solution: SMS Solution is the service which provides SMS through the Websites. The client(s) can integrate this service on their Websites for sending SMS to their target customers. The SMS Solution Billing & Payments clauses are -
    1. Setup charges will be paid for the First Time.
    2. There is a charge for every SMS client(s) send using the Solution. Single SMS prices are defined. Client(s) need to Pay as much SMS as they sends.
    3. Bill will be issued on Monthly basis. Pay the Bill Amount Monthly. Otherwise Service will be stopped.

    1. For onsite, the client(s) will pay the transportation cost and service charge. The payments can be done instantly or monthly basis as per the signing of the contract agreement.
    2. For offsite, the client(s) need to pay the service charge only. The payments can be done instantly or monthly basis as per the signing of the contract agreement.
  9. Update: For any custom modification and upgradation of the Web Based Systems & Services client(s) will pay the modification or upgradation costs. Addition of New Features with the existing Websites/Web Systems & Services client(s) need to pay for the Additional Features only.
  10. Delivery & Support: Web Based Systems & Services will be made available on the Web as per the mention duration in the signing contract and after receiving the Development & Service Fees. After making available on the Web no changes will happen but support is provided for 15 Days only For Websites and Web Based Systems. On the other hand, the support is provided to those Services which client(s) purchase either on Yearly or Monthly basis.
  11. Maintenance Support: Maintenance Support will be provided to those client(s) who require and request for the support. Maintenance support like - Web Based System Data Backup on the Data HDD/Optical CD(s) or DVD(s), Database Administration, E-mail Archiving, E-mail Accounts Re-Configuration etc. These type of supports sometimes require additional H/W Devices and the client(s) will bear the cost of these additional H/W devices. Maintenance supports charges will be paid monthly basis and charge will be defined by the service provider.

Order and Delivery

Order and Delivery is the most important entity of every business. Through order and delivery business transactions occur between buyer and seller. There are policies that must abide by both the parties - buyer and seller who participates in the business transactions. The policies are outline below -


Order

  1. Make an Order: Client(s) can make the order of Web Development, Hardware and Software through our Website. There are order options -
    1. Website - Choose the Web Development from Services Menu. Click on Packages Button of Web Design Package. Different Package will be visible. Then choose the package and click on Order Button of the Package.
    2. E-Commerce Website - Choose the Web Development from Services Menu. Click on Packages Button of E-Commerce Web Design Package. Different Package will be visible. Then choose the package and click on Order Button of the Package.
    3. Software - Choose the Software from Products Menu. Click on Order Button of the specified Software Products.
    4. Hardware - Choose the Hardware from Products Menu. Click on Order Button of the specified Hardware Products.
  2. Request Quote: For the Custom Web Development you can Request a Quote prior to make an Order. Then you will get the Free Quote from us for your custom development. After choosing the Quotation your custom order will proceed and Invoice will be issued.
  3. Complete Order: Fill up the order form for your order and pay the Invoice Due Amount to complete your Order. Please, enter the Payment information and attach Deposit Slip Scan Copy in the Payment Form of the Customer Panel.
  4. Cancel Order: After making successful order if the Client(s) do not Pay the Due Amount within 2 Weeks Period the order automatically becomes void/cancelled. Again, Client(s) want to cancel an order after Paying the Due Amount contact us on Hotline: 0172 - 0673938 and E-mail: sales@axcel-tech.com with your Order Invoice Number and Deposit Slip Scan Copy within 24 Hours. Otherwise your order will not be cancelled and Deposited money will not be Refund. Hence, Transfer Charge and 10% Cancellation Fee will be cut-off from the Deposit Amount.

Delivery

  1. Deploy & Shipping: Client(s) products and services will be deployed & shipped through various ways. The Deploy and Shipping options are -
    1. Websites & Web Based Systems - will be made available on the Web.
    2. Web Services - will be integrate along with the Websites and Web Based Systems on the Web.
    3. Software - offline software system will be installed on the client(s) system. Online software system links will be provided along with the Username and Password.
    4. Hardware - systems, devices, & accessories will be delivered from us to the client(s) directly. Again, delivered by means of courier and international courier.
  2. Delivery Period: Standard delivery period for Hardware Products is within 2 - 3 Working Days. For custom Hardware Products delivery period is within 5 - 7 Working Days.
  3. Destination Address: For courier delivery Client(s) must provide the exact Destination Address. For any kind of wrong in the Destination Address Client(s) will be liable but not the Company.
